The September 1, 2021 Soundings request is submitted for your review and approval. Below is a brief summary of each request and related justification.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY AREA: OPEN AND RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT
* Modify the 2021 Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support List -

The BOC approval is requested to modify the Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance List (AML) approved as part of the FY2021 Adopted Budget. The requested changes will be funded within the existing department's budget and will not result in any budget adjustments.
Fulton County Public Library requests an increase in spending authority to offset a 10% annual contract service cost increase with vendor Meltwater, line #149. The increase in spending authority will provide the Library the ability to pay invoices with anticipated future cost increases. No additional funding is being requested.
The Tax Assessor requests an increase in spending authority with vendor Q-Public, line#367, for annual software enhancement and updated service cost. The request in spending authority will allow the department to pay for annual software data updates and services cost increase. No additional funding is being requested.
