Request approval of a Water Utility Easement Dedication of approximately 95,400 square feet to the City of Atlanta, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia from Fulton County, Georgia, for the purpose maintaining a water line and installing water meters along Sandy Creek Road to serve the Fulton County Executive Airport hangar tenants, authorize the Chairman or County Manager to execute all associated documents; and authorize the County Attorney to approve the associated documents as to form and make necessary changes thereto prior to execution. Scope of Work: When the North Terminal Area was constructed to serve the future aircraft hangars, a 12" water main was installed adjacent to the Sandy Creek Road along the northern property line of the Fulton County Executive Airport. Because Sandy Creek Road is access controlled due to airport security requirements, the City of Atlanta needs a permanent water utility easement to access this water main and install water meters to serve the various aircraft hangars planned for the North Terminal Area.
