Request approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of South Fulton, a municipality of the State of Georgia, for the provision of 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Services to provide the vital and necessary communications link between the City of South Fulton citizens and the Fulton County Department of Emergency Services-911 through use of the County's consolidated 911 call reception and radio dispatching of requests of public safety services. The County and the City desire to enter into a new Intergovernmental Agreement (the "911 IGA") for the County to provide a public safety answering point within the boundaries of the City.
