Request approval to award a contract without competition - Fulton County Library System, 21EF133967B, Movie Performance License in an amount not to exceed $16,166.00 with Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. This action will satisfy federal copyright requirements to allow library facilities to show legal movies from the world's best studios, at anywhere inside of the Library building. Effective upon BOC approval for a 12-month period. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-384, after conducting a good faith review, and the Purchasing Department has determined there is only one source available for the required supply, service, or construction item, the request shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Fulton County is seeking to purchase Public Performance Licensing to be used throughout the Fulton County Library System. Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. is a sole source supplier of Public Performance Licensing products.
Scope of Work: This action allows the library to show new releases and throwback favorites to Fulton County citizens. The product listing includes the following licenses: Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Columbia Pictures, Tri-Star Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, United Artist, Miramax Films, Warner Bros.
