Request approval to renew an existing contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 20ITB125615C-GS, Standby Fencing Installation and Repair in the amount of $200,000.00 with Allied Fence Company, Inc. (Mableton, GA) to provide standby fencing installation and repair on an "as needed" basis for Fulton County. This action exercises the second of two renewal options. No renewal options remain. In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-394(6), the Purchasing Department shall present all renewal requests to the Board of Commissioners at least 90 days prior to the contract renewal date, or 60 days if the contract term is six (6) months or less.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Approval to renew existing contract for Standby Fencing Installation and Repair on an "as needed" basis for Fulton County for FY2023.
Scope of Work: The contract furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to provide standby fencing installation of new fence and replacement of existing fencing on an "as needed" basis for Fulton County facilities. The fencing types consist of chain link, ornamental iron, and steel fencing.
Community Impact: This contract ensures the security of County properties.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management recommends approval.
