Provide an executive summary of the action that gives an overview of the relevant details for the item.) : In 2019, the County and Southface executed a $300,000 grant agreement with the Southeast Sustainability Directors Network (SSDN) over the period of 2020-2022 to plan, design and implement the County's first Community Resilience Hub at Metropolitan Branch Library and improve the facility to function as a temporary emergency operations center and a daily resource center promoting a high level of community resiliency and sustainability to climate and social hazards and disruptions.
