Request approval to increase the spending authority - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 21ITB1302418C-CG, Standby Plumbing Repair Services in an total amount not to exceed $143,000.00, with (A) Talon Property Services, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00; (B) J2 Connect, Inc. dba J Squared Plumbing Co., Inc. (McDonough, GA) in an amount not to exceed $85,000.00; and (C) B & W Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (Lawrenceville, GA) in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00 to allow for the completion of several high priority plumbing repair/replacement jobs that require immediate attention at the Fulton County Justice Center Complex and QLS facility.
