Request approval of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Fulton County and the Chattahoochee Nature Center, Inc. for the purpose of providing funding in the total amount of $700,000.00 ($200,000.00 recurring for environmental education programming, $500,000.00 non-recurring for capital improvements). Scope of Work: Scope of Work: The Department of Arts & Cultural recommends the approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chattahoochee Nature Center, Inc., a Georgia non-profit organization that provides environmental educational services on a scheduled basis for the benefit Fulton County citizens and visitors.
