Scope of Work: The LIHWAP is currently managed within Fulton County by the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA), in which Atlanta residents currently can enroll and receive financial assistance to pay water and sewer bills. Board approval would expand the program to eligible Fulton County water and sewer customers. Online enrollment, eligibility verification, and program management is facilitated by FACAA, and would require minimal support from Fulton County Water and Sewer billing division. Program requirements are contained on FACAA's website and includes eligible income levels based on number of persons in the household and other required documentation for the program.
