Request approval of a Memorandum of Agreement between Fulton County Government and the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. (UGARF) Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of the University of Georgia, to provide the Certified Public Manager's Training Program (CPM or Certified Public Manager Program) for Fulton County employees at a cost not to exceed $175,000.00 annually, with an initial term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, and four (4) automatic one-year renewal terms for a total potential contract value not to exceed $875,000.00. The Department of Human Resources Management recommends approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc.
