Request approval to close out a contract extend existing contracts - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 22RFP135756C-GS, Janitorial Services for Fulton County's Government Center Complex (Group A) and Justice Center Facilities (Group B) in the total amount not to exceed $755,251.00 $1,502,481.00 with (A) ABM Industry Groups, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount not to exceed $300,295.00 $597,177.00; and (B) American Facility Services, Inc. (Alpharetta, GA) in the amount not to exceed $454,956.00 $905,304.00, to cover the cost for final payment for services rendered for providing provide continued janitorial services for Government Center Complex and Justice Center Facilities for Fulton County for an additional four (4) months period (May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026). REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION
In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract & necessary for contract completion of the contract, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.
