Request approval to utilize cooperative purchasing – Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, North Georgia Fuel Cooperative (NGFC) Contract BL051-23, Gasoline and Diesel Fuel in an total amount not to exceed $2,797,900.00 with (A) James River Solutions, LLC, (Ashland, VA) in an amount not to exceed $1,128,000.00; (B) Boswell Oil Company (Athens, GA) in an amount not to exceed $876,900.00; and (C) Sunoco, LP (Dallas, TX) in an amount not to exceed $793,000.00, to purchase gasoline and diesel fuel for Fulton County fleet vehicles. Effective dates: September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027.

Requirement for Board Action
In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-462, requests for approval to utilize cooperative purchasing or state contracts of more than $100,000 shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.
