Request approval of the lowest responsible bidders- Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, Bid# 26ITB1618833C-JNJ, Glass & Plexiglass in the total amount of $105,000.00 with (A) BB&D Services, LLC (Lithia Springs, GA) in the amount of $40,000.00; (B) Levonne Industries, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $35,000.00 and (C) P & E Mirror and Glass, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $30,000.00, to provide glass and Plexiglas repair and replacement on an “as needed” basis for Fulton County. Effective dates: January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with two renewal options.

Requirement for Board Action
In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-373, all competitive sealed bids of more than $100,000.00 shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

Summary & Background: These are time and material contracts that furnish repair, installation and/or replacement of glass and/or Plexiglas at various locations on an “as needed” basis. The detailed scope of work will vary by individual project as assigned over the term of the contract. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing damaged glass for items such as, but not limited to, plate glass, table-top glass, storefront glass, passageway door glass, shower door glass, mirrors, glass supplies and materials. Glass products exclude automobiles and truck window glass.
