Summary & Background In partnership with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office; County consultant, EMSI; and County leadership, an action plan was developed to address immediate facility needs at the Fulton County Jail and the Fulton County Jail South Annex. The identified projects covered under this request are as follows:

Community Impact: Based on historical performance by DREAM at the Fulton County Jail facility, the Facility Improvement Plan presented should have no direct impact on the community.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management recommends approval of the presented Facility Improvement Plan for the Fulton County Jail facility improvements.
Project Implications: The BOC approval will allow DREAM to proceed with addressing the immediate needs of the Fulton County Jail facility improvements.
Community Issues/Concerns: Maintain an effective, secure and well-maintained Fulton County Jail Facility in compliance with a laws and ordinances.
Department Issues/Concerns: Ensure the alignment of the Facility Improvement Plan presented with the BOC plan for Fulton County.
