Request approval to renew existing contracts - Marshal Department, 22ITBC0412B-EF, Duty Gear & Uniforms in the total amount not to exceed $58,648.00 with (A) Lawmen’s Shooters Supply, Inc., (Titusville, FL) in the amount not to exceed $6,648.00, (B) T&T Uniforms, Inc., (Smyrna, GA) in the amount not to exceed $21,000.00 and (C) Smyrna Police Distributors (Smyrna, GA) in the amount not to exceed $31,000.00 to provide duty gear, uniforms and other related items. Summary & Background
Scope of Work: Selected vendors will provide duty gear and uniform services to Fulton County Marshal’s Department as specified by the department.
Community Impact: To provide duty gear and uniforms appearance representing and identifying employees assigned to the Fulton County Marshal’s Department.
Department Recommendation: Fulton County Marshal’s Department recommend renewal of Uniforms Contract with Lawman’s Shooters’ Supply, T&T Uniforms, Inc., and Smyrna Police Distributors to provide duty gear, uniforms and other related items for Fulton County Marshal’s Department from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.
Project Implications: Mission essential operational need for assigned employees.
Community Issues/Concerns: No known issues or concerns
Department Issues/Concerns: If contracts are not approved, the Department will not be able to procure replacement/new issue duty gear, uniforms and related items for assigned employees.
