Summary & Background A mobile application for Fulton County Constituents. The County wishes to inform citizens of the health and human services offered to them by Fulton County, while also facilitating the communication between citizens and County via Chatbot.
Fulton County is introducing a Health & Human Services App to help connect residents with services offered through Fulton County and our partners.
This app is designed to meet residents where they are and ensure ease of use to access health and human services. It is also an important step in offering residents an advanced connectivity and transparency into the resources offered in Fulton County. The app provides quick filtering to find services, based on needs and criteria, for which residents qualify. Citizens can connect with services and information from several County departments, including:

• Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities
• Community Development
• Environmental Health
• Fulton County Board of Health
• Fulton County Library System
• HIV Services
• Senior Services
Scope of Work: A mobile application with the component of the chatbot for the Health and Human Services that is available for both Android and iOS. The application will ensure easy-to-use interactions for citizens.
