Request approval to:
1. Amend the contract service dates for (City of East Point, Latin American Association and 24/7 Gateway, LLC), approved by the BOC on April 14, 2021 (Agenda Item # 21-0252), from May 1, 2021 - April 30, 2022 to May 1, 2021 - November 30, 2022. This action will allow the Department more time to expend the funding allocated. These are ESG grant funds which expire on February 8, 2023.
2. Amend the contract for Gateway, LLC approved by the BOC on April 14, 2021 (Agenda Item #21-0252) by amending the statement of work from providing only residential services under the Shelter activity approved to provide all essential services and operations under the Shelter activity for 24/7 Gateway, LLC.
3. Amend the contract for North Fulton Charities approved by the BOC on October 20, 2021 (Agenda Item # 21-0798), to increase allocation by $3,286.00 from $25,000.00 to a total amount of $28,286.00.
All contracts are grant funded (461-121-ES20-1160). (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

The ESG program assists people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.
Scope of Work: ESG funds may be used for street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing assistance, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and administrative activities.

Project Implications: If the requested action is not approved, this will result in the delay of services to Fulton County constituents in need of housing and services and expiration of 3 of the 4 contracts which expire on April 30, 2022,
