Summary & Background: Fulton County, Registration & Elections has been requested to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the General Election on November 3, 2026, and the General Election Runoff on December 1, 2026., for the City of Palmetto.

 

Scope of Work: Intergovernmental Agreement for Fulton County to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the General Election / Non-Partisan Election on November 3, 2026, and the General Election Runoff on December 1, 2026., for the City of Palmetto.

 

Community Impact: The approval of this proposed Intergovernmental Agreement will ensure the Departments adheres to the state election laws.

 

Department Recommendation: Department of Registration & Elections requests approval.
