Request approval of a Services Agreement between Fulton County, on behalf of Select Fulton - Workforce Development Division (WorkSource Fulton), and CareerRise Inc. to provide career and employment services in collaboration with the five metro Atlanta workforce development areas; not to exceed $40,000.00. Service effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with three (3) renewal options ending June 30, 2028. This contract is 100% grant funded. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

Scope of Work: Programs provided for this project are Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Services in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Period of performance will be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Direct customer services will be provided at Westside Works; providing training and employment services to the residents of Atlanta’s historic west side neighborhoods.
Community Impact: Coordinated marketing outreach will reduce public confusion of which WorkSource agency serves their area resulting in a more seamless experience for Fulton residents seeking workforce services. Ensuring greater customer service and access to employment opportunities for Fulton County residents.
