The April 10, 2024 Soundings request is submitted for your review and approval. Below is a brief summary of each request and related justification.
GENERAL FUND:
STRATEGIC PRIORITY AREA: OPEN AND RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT
• Modify the 2024 Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support list - (PAGE 3)
The BOC approval is requested to modify the Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance List (AML) approved as part of the FY2024 Adopted Budget. The requested changes will be funded within the department’s existing budget and will not result in any budget adjustments.
The County Attorney requests to increase spending authority of $110,000 to Software House International and $100,000 to Thomson West to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested.
Community Development requests to increase spending authority to AML vendor; Neighborly for $78,600. These items were mistakenly committed from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested
Community Development requests to add vendors: Neighborly; Simtech Solutions, Inc; 21st Century Leaders to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested.
The Medical Examiner request to add vendors: Vertiq Software, LLC; Lodax NA LLC; 626 OpCo, LLC; Sakura Finetech USA, Inc.; Dataworks Plus, LLC; and Mirron Technologies to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested.
The Solicitor General requests to add vendors: Thomson West; Savance; Everbridge; LexisNexis; and TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested.
Human Resources requests to add vendors: Carahsoft - LinkedIn Corporation and Shi International to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY2024 AML. No additional funding is requested.
The Sherriff Department requests to add vendors: OCV, LLC; Bluehost; Mercury; Axon; Interactive Data; Guardian Alliance Technologies; Flock Group Inc. dba Flock Safety; Grayshift; Tango Tango; LETS Respond (Law Enforcement Technologies Corp.; Prologic ITS; StreamLink Software Inc.' dba AmpliFund; 4F Applied Technologies; and Thomson Reuters-West to the FY2024 AML list. These were mistakenly omitted from the FY24 AML No additional funding is requested.
