Summary & Background: The current Jury Assembly Room (located in the Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Avenue SW, Suite #T-7000, Atlanta, GA 30303) is a highly utilized area in which potential jurors must assemble while awaiting potential selection for trials. The request includes a 10% owner-controlled contingency as part of the total furniture and equipment cost per the Cooperative Contractor’s proposal to cover any unforeseen or additional expenditures that may arise during the installation phase of this project.
