Notice and Spreading on the Minutes of a County Manager executed contract for a license agreement with The Clubhouse Network for access to technology for teens in the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, effective February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026, with no cost to the County. This agreement is subject to renew annually if approved in the budget and unless otherwise terminated, and annual renewal documents are subject to review by the Office of the County Attorney.

Summary & Background
The Fulton County Public Library requests approval to accept the grant license agreement provided through the Clubhouse Network. This agreement will provide the ability to extend access to valuable skills through the use of technology for teens, training for staff and program development that we would otherwise not have access to. The program initiative will propel teens in the community into 21st century technological career opportunities to help provide greater probability of social and economic sustainability using technology. The Best Buy Teen Tech Center will provide hardware, high-end professional software, furniture, program materials, supplies and staff training.
Scope of Work: Fulton County Staff in conjunction with Best Buy team members will create on going programming based on predetermined initiatives and ideas from participating teens. Recurring from Best Buy pays for an employee to support the center as well as refreshing and updating equipment and licenses annually.
Community Impact: Teens in Fulton County has access to the only Teen Tech Center located in the state of Georgia. Participants will have annually updated equipment
