Summary & Background: The Department of Public Works is seeking approval to accept the name change and to authorize the Department of Public Works and Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance to reflect the name change.

All documents pertinent to the Consent to Assignment and Assumption of the Contract and name change are attached as Exhibits(s).

Scope of Work: In order to be in compliance with the Fulton County Government policies and contract agreement terms and conditions, the name change has to be approved by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. There are no changes in terms and conditions.

Department Recommendation: The Department of Public Works recommends approval.

 

Project Implications: Approval will ensure the correct name is placed on the existing contract and invoices for future payments.
