Request approval to renew existing contracts - Sheriff’s Office, 22RFP0405B-PS, Delinquent Tax Sales with Government Tax Services, Inc. (Carrollton, Georgia) to provide type-written title examinations, abstracts, and delinquent tax sales preparation services. This action exercises the first of three renewal options. Scope of Work: To provide type-written title examinations and abstracts and other delineated delinquent, pre-tax sales preparation services to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and to provide certain delineated post-tax sale services (collectively, the “Delinquent Tax Sales Preparation Services”) to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in connection with each successful tax sale.
