Scope of Work:
Action: To rezone property at the corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Fulton Industrial Blvd with concurrent variances to reduce the 10’ landscape strip along Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and the 15’ landscape strip along Fulton Industrial Boulevard such that the pavement above the existing underground tanks, within the existing fuel dispensing area, and under the existing canopy can remain.
This property was rezoned in 2017 pursuant to 2017Z-001 SFC
Community Impact: Construction of the proposed convenience store in compliance with the recommended conditions will visually improve the area.
