Summary & Background: This request is upgrade the existing system with the addition of a new module in the Qpublic system. The system was originally acquired in August 2023. Annually, a revaluation of properties is conducted in order to establish appraised values. This is currently done by using spreadsheets to make analyses. The new module will provide an automated process which will significantly reduce the time spent to complete the reviews as well as alleviate errors caused by using a manual process.
Scope of Work: Vendor will provide hosted access to its software module which uses comparable sales information, property characteristics, and location to assist staff with producing estimated property values. It combines statistical analysis with the power of a map interface to generate high quality an accurate appraisal analysis.
