Request approval of a Collaboration Agreement between Fulton County Government and Bellevue University to establish the Campus@Work Program. Eligible Fulton County employees and their immediate families can receive tuition assistance, $5,250.00 for employees and $3,500.00 for family members, for Bellevue University's online degree programs. This partnership supplements the current Employee Education Assistance policy and has no budgetary impact to the County. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-10-1, all contracts with Fulton County shall be in writing and entered on its meeting minutes and Fulton Policy requires Board of Commissioners’ approval of agreements entered into between Fulton County and external entities.

Scope of Work:
The Department of Human Resources Management recommends approval of a Collaboration Agreement with Bellevue University to establish the Campus@Work Program. The program will expand access to higher education by providing eligible Fulton County employees and their immediate family members with tuition assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs offered by Bellevue University.
Through the partnership, Bellevue University will administer the Campus@Work Program, provide a dedicated web portal for program and educational information, coordinate program services, and collaborate with Fulton County on employee outreach, communications, and program evaluation. Eligible employees may receive up to $5,250 annually in tuition assistance, while eligible immediate family members may receive up to $3,500 annually, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the Agreement.
The partnership is designed to complement Fulton County’s existing employee development and tuition assistance programs while supporting educational advancement, workforce development, career growth, and employee retention. The Campus@Work tuition assistance benefits are provided by Bellevue University at no cost to Fulton County Government.
Community Impact: The Campus@Work Program expands access to higher education for Fulton County employees and their eligible family members, supporting workforce development, career advancement, and employee retention. Investment in the continued education and development of the County workforce ultimately strengthens organizational capacity and supports the delivery of high-quality services to Fulton County residents.
