Scope of Work: As part of the County’s ongoing efforts to boost employee satisfaction and engagement, the Department of Human Resources Management is recommending approval of the County’s participation in the Working Advantage Employee Discount Program. This new program will provide County employees with access to a variety of discounted services and products, including theme parks, movie tickets, electronics, hotels, and more. This program is free to the County and will serve as an additional resource that all team members can leverage as they explore cost effective ways to boost employee satisfaction and engagement.

Department Recommendation: The Department of Human Resources Management recommends that the Board of Commissioners approve Fulton County’s participation in the Working Advantage Employee Discount Program.
