Scope of Work:
To rezone property at the corner of Wendell Drive and Fulton Industrial Blvd from M-2 to C-2 with a concurrent variance to reduce the 15’ landscape strip along Fulton Industrial Boulevard to allow the proposed pavement to encroach on the landscape strip as shown on the site plan.

 

Community Impact:
Construction of the proposed convenience store in compliance with the recommended conditions will visually improve the area.

 

Department Recommendation:
Approval Conditional of the rezoning and concurrent variance

None are anticipated.
