Summary & Background Approval of Statewide Contract to provide new office furnishings, including delivery and installation services, for the Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Court.

 

Scope of Work: This contract will provide new office furnishings, including delivery and installation, in support of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts for Phase II and Phase III renovation project.  This furniture will replace the existing furniture in suite TG-200.  

 

Project Breakdown:

 

Phase II -     $78,772.91

Phase III -    $70,644.18

Total Cost:   $149,417.09

Department Recommendation: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management recommends approval.  

 

The Furniture Contractor will work in collaboration with Department of Real Estate and Asset Management’s Construction Management Division and Superior Court Staff for the replacement, delivery, and installation of new office furniture for Suite TG-200.  

 

Project Implications: The approval of this Statewide Contract will allow the replacement the existing furniture in the JCT located in Suite TG-200.

 

Community Issues/Concerns: None of which the Department is aware.

 

Department Issues/Concerns: If this Statewide Contract is not approved, the Department will not be able to provide office furnishings, including delivery and installation, in support of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts for Phase II and Phase III COSMC Renovation Project.  This furniture is to replace the existing furniture in the JCT located in Suite TG-200.
