Summary & Background: Fulton County has been requested to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the November 4, 2025, Public Service Commission General / Municipal Elections and the December 2, 2025, Public Service Commission General runoff / Municipal Runoff elections for the city of:
Alpharetta, Atlanta, Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Palmetto, Roswell, Sandy Springs, South Fulton, and Union City. The previously mentioned IGA were approved at the September 11, 2025, Board of Registration & Elections meeting.
Per action of the Board of Commissioners on August 7, 2019, that in even-numbered years when Fulton County is holding a regularly scheduled Primary, Primary Runoff, General Election or General Election Runoff, the County will pay the costs of conducting municipal and school district elections.
Scope of Work: Intergovernmental Agreement for Fulton County to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the November 4, 2025, Public Service Commission General / Municipal Elections and the December 2, 2025, Public Service Commission General runoff / Municipal Runoff elections for the City of: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Palmetto, Roswell, Sandy Springs, South Fulton, and Union City. The listed cities IGA were approved at the September 11, 2025, Board of Registration & Elections meeting.
