Summary & Background: This request is to design and develop a mobile application for the Department of Health and Human Services in order to provide support on information about the various services offered to Fulton County residents.
Scope of Work: The scope of work proposed for the Social Services Application shall include the design and development of a mobile device application for Fulton County to provide support for information and procedures to users of services offered to them by the Health & Human Services Department. The application’s API should be open for integration with other APIs.
Community Impact: Inform citizens of all the health and human services offered to them by Fulton County. Ease communication between citizens and Fulton County’s offered services. Facilitate the recognition of services and their locations. Mobile app provides one centralized location to allow citizens to search/filter/locate services.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Information Technology recommends approval.
