Request approval to renew existing contracts - Department of Public Works, Bid #17ITBC110026A-FB, Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings in the total amount not to exceed $328,365.07 with: (A) Ferguson Waterworks (Norcross, GA) in the amount of $261,340.87; (B) Consolidated Pipe & Supply Co. (Lawrenceville, GA) in the amount $5,639.00 and (C) Fortiline Waterworks (Suwanee, GA) in the amount of $61,385.20 - to provide ductile iron pipes & fittings on an as needed basis. This action exercises the first of two renewal options. One renewal option remains. Effective dates: January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. (APPROVED)
