Request approval of lowest the responsible bidders - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, Bid #16ITB48399C-MT, Countywide Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling Services in the total amount of $744,963.96 with (A) Georgia Waste Systems, Inc., d/b/a Waste Management, Inc. (Lake City, GA) in the amount of $350,580.96 and (B) Advance Disposal Services of Atlanta, LLC (Ball Ground, GA) in the amount of $394,383.00 to provide landfill solid waste disposal and single stream recycling services. Effective upon execution through December 31, 2016, with two renewal options. (APPROVED)
