Request approval to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (”MOA”) between Fulton County, as the GA 502 Fulton County Continuum of Care (“CoC”) Collaborative Applicant, and the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority (“GHFA”) regarding the implementation of a statewide Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) - compliant Homeless Management Information System (“HMIS”). Authorize the Chairman to execute the MOA after approval as to form by the County Attorney who is authorized to make modifications thereto prior to execution. The term is December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2020. (APPROVED)
