Scope of Work: In an effort to retain Fulton County's talented workforce, minimize the loss of valuable employees, and provide for a living wage, it is necessary to implement several compensation initiatives in 2024. The specific compensation initiatives detailed in the resolution are as follows:
? Implement a 5% COLA effective January 31, 2024.
? Establish a new employee minimum wage in the amount of $38,000 or $18.27 per hour effective February 14, 2024.
? Implement an updated pay plan based on the second phase of the Segal Company market compensation survey effective April 10, 2024.
