Scope of Work:
On June 16, 2021 the Board of Commissioners authorized a market compensation study be conducted by Segal, with the overall goal of collecting and analyzing market compensation data in order to recommend necessary adjustments to the current compensation plan, based upon best practices and survey data. A series of presentations were put forward to the Board for discussion that explored options and methodology for Key Classifications.

Pursuant to the authorization by the Board of Commissioners on November 17, 2021 via Agenda Item 21-0913, the 2022 Key Classifications Pay Plan was implemented.
