Request approval to amend an existing contract - Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, 22RFP038A-CJC, Fulton County Behavioral Health Network with Health Connect America (HCA) d/b/a Georgia Hope (Woodstock, GA) in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00, to provide Core Child & Adolescent Outpatient - Oak Hill. This action extends the renewal contract previously approved on December 3, 2025 (Agenda Item #25-0926), through June 30, 2026, for an additional six months, based on the corrective action plan. Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2026.

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract and necessary for contract completion of the contract, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: This contract establishes a provider network by categorizing the various levels of services to allow multiple providers to engage within our continuum of care to help the County drive towards its purpose: to increase access to behavioral health services, establish a County-wide provider network, and strengthen the experience of clients seeking behavioral health services from Fulton County.
