A contract is completed when all goods and services have been received and accepted; all reports have been delivered and accepted; all administrative actions have been accomplished; all County-furnished equipment and material has been returned; and final payment has been made to the contractor.?

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND On November 16, 2022, as Item 22-0874, the BOC approved award of 22ITB134833C-MH, Fire Extinguisher Testing and Maintenance Services, in the total amount of $75,000.00 to (A) Cintas Fire Protection, Inc. (Norcross, GA) in the amount not to exceed $45,000.00 and (B) Summit Fire & Security (Loganville, GA) in the amount not to exceed $30,000.00, to provide fire extinguisher testing and maintenance services on an "as-needed" basis for Fulton County facilities.
