SUMMARY & BACKGROUND In partnership with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office; County consultant, EMSI; and County leadership, an action plan was developed to address immediate facility needs at the Fulton County Jail and the Fulton County Jail South Annex. The identified projects covered under this request are as follows:
