Request approval to award a contract without competition – Department of Health and Wellness- 16SS101446A-MH, Ora Quick Advance Rapid HIV Antibody Test in the amount of $85,000.00 with OraSure Technologies, Inc. (Bethlehem, PA) to provide the (FDA Approved) OraQuick ADVANCE Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test Kits with support materials to perform HIV tests in the Fulton County Communicable Disease Laboratories and at community HIV testing events. Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2016. This is 100% grant funded program with no requirement for county matching funds. (HELD)
