Request approval of a Resolution by the Board of Commissioners to authorize the adoption and submittal of the 2026 HUD Annual Action Plan which will allow the county to secure federal funds for projects and services that support low- and moderate-income citizens. The funding includes $1,333,423.00 from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and $599,301.51 from the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME). A Fulton County general fund match is not required for the CDBG Program. Fulton County uses its general funds to support the required 25% match for the HOME program. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

In accordance with GA CONST Art. 9, ? 2, ? I, the BOC has home rule governing authority which provides that the "governing authority of each county shall have legislative power to adopt clearly reasonable ordinances, resolutions, or regulations relating to its property, affairs, and local government for which no provision has been made by general law and which is not inconsistent with this Constitution or any local law applicable thereto."
