Request approval to renew existing contracts - Marshal Department, 22ITBC0412B-EF, Duty Gear & Uniforms in the total amount not to exceed $58,648.00 with (A) Lawmen's Shooters Supply, Inc., (Titusville, FL) in the amount not to exceed $6,648.00, (B) T&T Uniforms, Inc., (Smyrna, GA) in the amount not to exceed $21,000.00 and (C) Smyrna Police Distributors (Smyrna, GA) in the amount not to exceed $31,000.00 to provide duty gear, uniforms and other related items. This action exercises the second of two renewal options. No renewal option remains. Effective dates: January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-394(6), the Purchasing Department shall present all renewal requests to the Board of Commissioners at least 90 days prior to the contract renewal date, 60 days if the contract term is six (6) months or less.

Scope of Work: Selected vendors will provide duty gear and uniform services to Fulton County Marshal's Department as specified by the department.
