Request approval of a Resolution amending the Fulton County Board of Commissioners’ public comment policy to limit oral public comment to matters reasonably related to substantive items on the meeting agenda; to establish reasonable, viewpoint-neutral rules of order; to provide objective standards for addressing actual disruption; to preserve protected criticism of public officials, employees, and county actions; to provide for implementation, severability, and an effective date; and for other purposes.
