SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Extend existing contract to provide continued auto damage appraisal services on County owned vehicles for twelve (12) additional months until new contract is established for FY2022.

Scope of Work: The vendor above was selected via an RFP process and approved by the BOC on 10/3/2018. Currently the vendor provides auto damage appraisal services on a per vehicle basis. These are performed both on County and/or privately owned vehicles where damages are the result of a County involved accident/collision. This information is necessary to validate required repairs as well as determine the appropriate dollar amount of the claimant's vehicle in the event of a total loss.
