Request approval to renew an existing contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 17ITB106029C-BKJ, Commercial Appliance Repair Service in the amount of $140,625.00 with Wilson and Sons Mechanical Maintenance Corporation (Atlanta, GA), to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to provide on-site commercial appliance repair service for Fulton County facilities.
