Request approval to renew an existing contract - Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD), 17RFP112103A-CJC, Behavioral Health Service Delivery Model in the amount of $4,855,558.00 with Chris 180 (Atlanta, GA), for the provision of child, adolescent, and emerging adult services on behalf of the Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities. This exercises the fourth of four renewal options. No renewal options remain. Effective dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. (APPROVED)

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-396(b), the Purchasing Department shall present all renewal requests to the Board of Commissioners at least 90 days prior to the contract renewal date or 60 days if the contract term is six (6) months or less.
