Scope of Work: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management recommends that the Board approve the execution of an Acceptance Letter approving Georgia Power Company's Make Ready Program's new Term and Conditions. The purpose of Georgia Power's Make the Ready Program is to pay for the electrical infrastructure to EV charging stations, thereby making it more affordable for property owners to install EV charging stations.
