This Agenda Item is presented to the Board of Commissioners pursuant to pursuant to O.C.G.A. 6-3-25(3), which authorizes the County to lease its established airport to private parties for operation or for operation, space, area, improvements, and equipment, provided in each case that in so doing the public is not deprived of its rightful, equal, and uniform use thereof.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Scope of Work: The Board of Commissioners approved, via Agenda Item 21-0246 on May 5, 2021, a Ground Lease Agreement with Brakkam Aviation Management LLC and The Integral Group LLC as lessee, for 13.879 +/- acres at the Fulton County Executive Airport - Charlie Brown Field, and subsequently approved, via Agenda Item 21-0548 on August 4, 2021, the lessee's assignment of the Ground Lease Agreement to Atlanta Executive Aviation, LLC, a joint venture limited liability company formed by Brakkam Aviation Management, LLC and The Integral Group, LLC.
