Request approval to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") between Fulton County, as the GA 502 Fulton County Continuum of Care ("CoC") Collaborative Applicant, and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, on behalf of the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority ("GHFA"), regarding the management of the State of Georgia's Homeless Management Information System ("HMIS"). SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Request approval of the Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") between Fulton County, as the GA 502 Fulton County Continuum of Care ("CoC") Collaborative Applicant, and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs on behalf of the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority ("GHFA"), regarding cost-sharing related to the management of the State's Homeless Management Information System ("HMIS").
The cost sharing agreement outlines the use of the HUD grant in the amount of $76,484.00: DCA will retain $33,565.70 of the grant and release the balance of $42,918.30 to the Fulton County CoC to manage its HMIS work.
